Mirror Wills are two separate Wills for a couple that broadly reflect each other. Each person makes their own Will, and each Will can contain different instructions where you want them to.

Completing the questionnaire as a couple

• You complete one secure application covering both of you
• If you live at the same address, we copy the address across with your permission
• If you live at different addresses, we collect both separately
• Executors, trustees, guardians and beneficiaries only need entering once
• Each person can leave different specific gifts and different residue instructions

Important to understand

Mirror Wills are not mutually binding. Either person can normally change their own Will later. Where you want more certainty about what ultimately passes to children — for example in a second marriage or blended family — that is usually a trust discussion, and we will raise it with you.

Price

£200 is a starting price for straightforward circumstances. Nothing is payable to complete the questionnaire.
