Lasting Powers of Attorney
Decisions during your lifetime, as well as after
Ask us about arranging Property & Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare LPAs.
What an LPA is
A Lasting Power of Attorney allows people you choose to make certain decisions on your behalf while you are alive, if appropriate circumstances arise. There are two types: Property & Financial Affairs, and Health & Welfare.
Why it is often considered alongside a Will
A Will deals with what happens after death. An LPA deals with decision-making during your lifetime. Many people arrange both at the same time so that their affairs are covered either way.
Talk to us about LPAs
Tell us at the end of your Will questionnaire whether you already have LPAs in place, and we will include it in our review. There is no obligation.
