Does this website create my Will automatically?

No. The questionnaire collects the information needed to prepare your Will. Marshall Wills & Trusts reviews it personally, discusses anything that needs clarifying, and only then confirms the appropriate service and price before documents are prepared.

Do I have to pay to start?

No. Nothing is payable to complete the questionnaire, and we never take payment automatically. Prices shown are starting prices for straightforward circumstances and are confirmed after review.

Can I save my progress and come back later?

Yes. Your answers save automatically as you go. You are given a secure continue link — keep it safe and use it to return to exactly where you left off.

What are mirror Wills?

Two separate Wills for a couple that broadly reflect each other. Each person still makes their own Will, and each Will can contain different instructions where you want it to.

Who should I appoint as executor?

Your executors are responsible for administering your estate and carrying out the instructions in your Will. Most people appoint trusted family members or friends, often with substitutes in case a first choice cannot act.

What is a trustee?

Do I need a trust in my Will?
