What an Estate Planning Review covers

An Estate Planning Review is for people who would also like Marshall Wills & Trusts to consider property, family circumstances, investments, business interests, inheritance-tax considerations and whether additional planning may be appropriate.

  • How your home and any other property are owned
  • Family structure, including children from previous relationships and dependants
  • Savings, investments and pensions, and how they are nominated
  • Business or agricultural interests
  • Assets held outside the UK
  • Lifetime gifts and inheritances received or expected
  • Whether a Will Trust may be worth discussing

Trust planning

Will Trust / Trust Planning starts from £400 following review. We do not recommend a trust from questionnaire answers alone — the review comes first.

What we do not do

We do not claim that a trust guarantees protection from care fees, creditors, divorce, tax or any other future event. Trusts can be useful estate-planning tools in appropriate circumstances. Their suitability depends on your objectives, family circumstances, assets and applicable law.
